"New Kids on the Block" waste no time getting to the top in the NH.
No, its not another reunion tour for the
boy band of the 90s, it's New Hampshire's newest affiliated
sports franchise. The New Hampshire Fisher Cats wasted no time
in 2004 staking their claim to the most successful sports franchise
in NH. In their inaugural season the Fisher Cats not only provided
great baseball for New Hampshire sports fans, they took the whole
thing. The Fisher Cats went on and won the Eastern League
Championship in convincing fashion. With the new stadium
built and running smoothly, look for more exciting sports action
from New Hampshire's AA professional baseball team in 2006.
Same team - New League Pride look to
dominate the Can-Am
At the top of the sports world in New
Hampshire with the longest stint of any professional team in the
Granite State, the Nashua Pride look to build on last years playoff
run. During the off season the Nashua Pride bolstered it
position off the field by bringing in new ownership, and giving some
of that ownership to long time manager Butch Hobson. Look for
the Pride to continue their winning ways, and provide an even better
experience at Holman Stadium for fans both on and off the field.
